Elections to the Nebraska Society for Respiratory Care Board of Directors are approaching quickly, according to board member Melissa Gulizia. "We are always looking for those therapists that would like to be progressive and become involved in the future of our profession!"

Gulizia said the commitment is not as strenuous as in the past. All quarterly board meetings can be attended via webinar or phone, so travel is no longer an issue.

These board positions are open for election this year:

• President-Elect
• Vice President-Elect
• Treasurer
• Director-Lincoln Area

The application is on Survey Monkey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RZ5RZ39, which is very easy to fill out and submit. Members can also email Melissa to request a paper form. Submission deadline is Jan. 2, 2023.
