The NBRC, AARC, and COARC have joined forces to try to recruit and retain Respiratory Therapists across the country.

The National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) has a fun TikTok campaign in progress so respiratory therapists can share what they love about being an RT.
"To inspire the next generation of respiratory therapists into the field, we’re hosting a contest for you to help us reach them where they are — on TikTok!" says the NBRC. Prizes offered include a MacBook Air, iPad Air, and Air Pods Pro.

Registration is now open for the NSRC's 2022 state conference scheduled for April 26-27. Sessions will run from 1 to 5 p.m. each day.
"We’re super upset that we have had to cancel an in-person conference due to COVID-19," said NSRC President Heather Nichols. "So instead, we look forward to offering you the same vibrant programming and opportunities to reflect and connect over the emerging and salient topics in respiratory care."
The NSRC State Conference for 2022 is scheduled for April 26-27. Sessions will run from 1 to 5 p.m. each day.
"With COVID and staffing shortages once again ravaging respiratory departments statewide, the NSRC educational conference must once again pivot," said NSRC President Heather Nichols.
